A.B.C. ALWAYS BE S(C)HOOTING - Aircraft Edition
The best and worst part about having a camera is the fact that you have a camera. It may just be your phone - but whatever it is, you carry the burden of documentation. Yes that means that you will have to experience life's most dramatic moments through an eye piece - so one day hopefully tens of people can enjoy it on your once successful youtube page. So, onto the video: as Im driving back from a shoot in St.Louis I heard a roar from the sky, and deep in the distance but closer then I expected was a shape I was oddly familiar with. So I pulled the camera out, pointed it to the sky and hoped. How random and weird is it to see one of these things flying around.
And then when I was in Washington DC, roaming around town on a rent-a-bike. Me and a buddy heard some helicopters flying uncomfortably low. Three helicopters. We raced towards their likely destination, trecked through a field and parked in the lawn across form the White House. Then we caught this classic American tradition. Dropping off the president at his house.
